Very enjoyable clips...quite moving, the way he talks about not being able to see the mountains when living in LA. I wonder if that's still the case? Love him playing the blues riff on the African instrument (a Kora?) and footage of the percussion session on the steps. I was lucky enough to see him playing with Ornette here in London not so long before he passed away. Saw his step daughter's band Rip Rig & Panic many times over here - they were great.
so glad i watched this, rad for posting!
